Nikola Tesla was an inventor, electrical engineer, mechanical engineer, physicist and futurist who is best known for his
contributions to the design of modern alternating current electricity supply system. He died in 7 January 1943.
Now a take close look about his core studies and subjects.
He was basically into a combined field of science mostly involving vibrations, frequency and energy.
His best contribution was alternating current electricity supply system. So he played mostly around electrons and protons.
He died in 1943 which suggests that the Science was at developing phase. There were little known theories and research available.
Just think about anything in this universe, they have some unique frequency and vibrations.
In layman’s term, let me explain about current which involves all three which he had mentioned.
How current flows?
Electrons carry charge therefore to do so, they vibrate.
This vibration increases with the amount of charge, i.e., frequency of vibrations increases or decreases with charge.
More vibration makes the material hot. This is the energy loss i.e., energy.
So what he was trying to convey is everything in this universe has some relation with energy, vibrations and frequency. Everything in this universe can be seen through these three dimensions.
Philosophically speaking, maybe Tesla was saying that life has a pulse?
I think he was referring to the Electromagnetic Spectrum, which during his time was still in its scientific infancy.
The Electromagnetic Spectrum is the range of all possible frequencies of Electromagnetic Radiation (a form of energy emitted and absorbed by charged particles which exhibits wave-like behavior, which would make them electromagnetic waves).
Electromagnetic Waves are typically described by any of the following three physical properties: the Frequency (f), Wavelength (λ), or Photon Energy (E)
I would also think one would have to exist outside our universe to be able to detect its vibrational frequency. Think of standing on the Earth on the Equator. You are moving around the Earth’s axis at over 1,000 miles per hour! You certainly do not sense it. Since we are vibrating in unison with our universe we may never be able to observe the properties of its vibration, if there is any. Throw in the fact that time is relative to your frame of reference and it gets even trickier.
The assumption has a chance of being true that’s a number with an almost unperceivable number of zeros to the right of the decimal point. IOW, the universe doesn’t vibrate.
One of the easiest ways to determine whether you are vibrating at a “high frequency” or a “low frequency” is by paying attention to how you physically feel. Do you feel light, energized, clear and healthy? Chances are you have a high vibration. On the other hand, if you feel weighed down, repressed, oppressed, stuffy or heavy, you are most likely operating on a low vibration.
If you’ve discovered in this article that you share many low vibration traits, you might like to read this article. Learning to unconditionally love yourself is essential for your healing and fulfillment in life. I’ve been there before, and still am at times!
So for now, I hope you benefited out of this article. Please feel free to share your experiences with low and high vibrations below. Any advice you can share on how to raise your vibration will be appreciated!
Recent studies in England show that heavy metal music is meditative and it helps you to handle your emotions which means that you can handle also your energy and help yourself so you feel more inspired and energized. Here is the proof!!!
So please just stop judging heavy metal badly because you just don’t like it, everyone has the right to listen and to love what ever makes then feel good with a quality and heavy metal does this in its own rare style. Just please accept that there are different tastes that the norm and the usual, usual is norm doesn’t always mean healthy and high quality.
Life presents you with the exact lesson you need to learn every moment. It requires awareness, acceptance and discernment to receive it.
There is a constant rhythm to life, an ebb and flow of energy. Going with life’s flow allows you to receive and not waste your energy resisting the moment.
Sometimes it is not always clear what the lesson is or why it is happening. This is when trust and faith and proper principles are so important.
Whatever is happening is what must be happening. Be willing to ask for guidance from the universe – ask for divine wisdom.
Continue to feel the flow in your life and act appropriately. Go when the path is open and clear and wait or be still when the path is closed.
Confusion is a signal that you are not clear and the timing is not yet appropriate to move forward. The ego loves to be in control and force its way in all situations. However, acting aggressively usually stirs up a lot of hot air and more conflict.
There are times when you are challenged by people or circumstances. No matter how challenging life appears there is always a solution. Often some form of forgiveness is appropriate.
You must be patient and let the universe make the first move. It will show you the best way out of trouble to safety and success if you let it guide you. Allow for help from wise and supportive friends and advisers.
Good things are coming your way…. stay open, receptive and positive – quiet inner strength.
Everything is in a constant state of change. Understanding and accepting this reality causes us to live at peace with life. But resisting this ever-changing reality causes us tremendous suffering. To let go and move on, when all is said and done, is the wisest way to live.
Why?
Because when we surrender our attachment to emotions, thoughts, beliefs, people, and experiences, we are actually flowing with life. Think of life like one big river: you can either be a rock within that river constantly battling the current of water. Or you can be a leaf that gently floats on top of that river. Which approach is more peaceful?
We have so much changes within the course of our lives. We fall in love. We fall out of love. We have children. Our children move away. We study. We graduate. We get a job. We start hating our job. Or, we also love our job. People come and people go. Relationships blossom and wither. Dreams burn strong and then fade. Hate can turn into love, and love into hate. We become healthy, then we fall ill. And on, and on, and on.
Life can change in the blink of the eye. Your reality can change within a second. To surrender to this reality and also accept it is the beginning of true wisdom. Have you surrendered yet?
Signs of the Inability to Let Go and Move On
Understandably, change can make us comfort and safety-seeking human beings feel extremely vulnerable. If we did not learn how to let go and move on while growing up, a number of issues can arise, the most common of which is depression and anxiety.
Other signs of the inability to let go and move on include hoarding, being possessive, rigid, clingy, and stubborn.
Letting Go and Potty Training
Famous psychoanalyst Sigmund Freud believed there was a link between our ability to let go and move on, and our parent’s approach to our toilet training as children.
The anal zone, as Freud pointed out, was a battleground for two conflicting impulses when growing up: that of eliminating and retention. If we were rewarded for evacuating our bowels as young children, it was likely that we grew up being flexible and adaptable people. However, if we were punished (such as with a smack or scolding such as “not here!”), it was likely, according to Freud, that we grew up to become overly “anal retentive.”
9 Ways to Let Go and Move On
Regardless of what result you get in the test, it’s always important to develop healthy habits. Here are nine effective ways to let go and move on:
1. Distance yourself from the situation – Mentally and emotionally untangle yourself from a situation and keep it at arm’s-length for a few days. Often, this simple practice will help you to get a bird’s-eye view of a problem and allow you to develop more objectivity.
2. Accept responsibility and avoid blame – Blame and self-victimization deepen attachment to any person or situation. Accept responsibility for your thoughts, feelings, choices, and behaviors and step away. It is not your place to try and change other people. People will only change if they consciously make the decision to change.
3. Express how you feel – Don’t keep your emotions bottled up inside. Find a healthy way to express how you feel. Various forms of ‘emotional catharsis’ include journaling, making artwork, intense exercise, crying or screaming (in a safe and private place), dancing, boxing, singing, etc.
4. Do a release ritual – Rituals help the unconscious mind to find closure. Create a ritual that will help you to let go and move on, such as writing down the situation, memory or feeling and burning it in a candle, burying it, or throwing it into the ocean.
5. Make a conscious decision to move on – Reclaim your personal power. Understand that moving on is a choice and decision that you make. Remember that you have the power to choose what you dwell on.
6. Focus only on what can be changed – What is within your power to change? If you can’t change something, change the way that you think about it.
7. Ground yourself through mindfulness – If you keep finding yourself dwelling on something, ground yourself in the present moment. Use mindfulness to connect with your breath, body sensations, or the noises and surrounding environment around you.
8. Show gratitude for what you have – Gratitude may sound cliche, but it is actually an extremely powerful practice with many scientifically proven benefits. Every day, focus on finding at least three things you are thankful for. Take a moment to close your eyes, breathe in the gratitude, and let it fill your heart.
9. Ask for help – Asking for help is a sign of strength and courage. If you continue struggling to let go and move on, find an online counselor, or speak to a trained therapist. There are many affordable options out there. Investing in your well-being is worth every cent.

All matter is merely energy condensed to a slow vibration. – B. Hicks
We’ve heard the phrases many times before … “Man, he has a really negative vibe,” “That place had AMAZING energy,” “She’s so energetic.” Yet few of us ever really stop to fathom the depths of these common expressions and remarks. The truth is that instinctively, on both a primal and intuitive level, we can sense that not only is everything composed of energy, but this energy varies in its quantity and quality drastically in our everyday lives.
Have you ever been in a busy and bustling train station and felt a sense of “heaviness”? Or have you ever gone to a concert and felt a sense of inner “lightness” or elation? These are simple and fairly common examples of our ability to “tune into” different frequencies of energy in our lives.
So what does having a “low” or “high vibration” mean, and where does it fit into this equation? If you’ve heard these phrases used before, and if you are curious to learn more about what having a high or low vibration means, keep reading!
Everything You Need to Know About Low and High Vibrations – Simplified
High vibrations are generally associated with positive qualities and feelings, such as love, forgiveness, compassion and peace. On the other hand, low vibrations are associated with darker qualities such as hatred, fear, greed and depression. We’ll explore low and high vibrations more in depth below.
But what does all of this really mean? Essentially, the higher your vibration is, the more in touch you are with your higher self, inner “God/Goddess,” Divinity, Consciousness, Holiness, Soul, or the many other words out there to describe your true nature. This also means that the lower your vibration is, the more out of sync you are with your higher nature, and therefore the more conflict you experience in life.
63 Signs That You Have a Low or High Vibration
Before you read the lists below, it’s important to remember 2 things. Firstly, you are rarely ever 100% “either/or” anything in life. Therefore, you’ll most likely fall along a spectrum of 25% high and 75% low, 55% high and 45% low – and so forth. So refrain from boxing yourself up into black or white labels. Secondly, discovering whether you have a primarily low or high vibration is really helpful . . . for you. However, be wary of using these labels against others (e.g. “He/she has a low vibration, keep away!”) – ironically, this perpetuates the low vibrations linked to segregation and discrimination. That is why this is best used as a self-discovery tool.
So with this in mind, what kind of vibration do you have, and how does this impact your life?
