Hi, my name’s Shamina and I’m trying to solve a global crisis by spreading the news about a plant-based lifestyle. The plant-based lifestyle is not just a fad but a necessity for the survival of the planet. Below are some links you can look at to get an idea where I’m coming from. The human body is not designed to eat meat in the quantity we eat it today. After fasting on/off for four years I discovered what foods our body isn’t designed for. Dairy is incredibly inflammatory and mucus causing. Bread cannot be digested very well – it’s also inflammatory. Cooked meat and food on general is actually terrible for the body – very inflammatory. The body works the best when it is also given alkalizing food (raw fruits and vegetables mainly) — as soon as you cook fruit and vegetables it changes the base chemistry of the food so that it actually becomes acidifying for the body.
Cells die when they are exposed to acids. Any kind of bodily problem ending with ‘itis’ just means inflammation in a certain area. Inflammation is also caused by acids damaging cells. How you can also prevent a lot of illness is actually be eating alkalizing foods. It’s because I have been testing this alkalizing/acid theory for FOUR YEARS on my OWN BODY!!!!!! And people need to know before they kill themselves eating a diet money making companies want you to eat. With The fast food industry is the most insidious form of genocide occuring today. Think about it. . . .they literally sell children food they KNOW is going to have a negative effect on the body – why not just legalise cigarettes for young children – it’s the same thing!!!!!!. ‘.
We need to wake up to what is actually going on!!!!! more people are lactose/gluten intolerant than ever – WHY? Because we aren’t actually designed to eat those foods. When your body ingests bread it is like glue going down your GI tract – your villi has a hard time taking in substances from that kind of product.
Your body cannot properly take nutrients from food it cannot properly injest (explains.why.meat.eating.girl s.still.need.iron.pills.) It’s common sense – you need to give it something the GI tract can easily absorb — raw cold-pressed fruit juice is fantastic. Everybody needs to know this…. before they turn to medicine to fix their diet related problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Questions we need to ask:
Why hasn’t the government/media made this clear to us?
Why do they want us to keep producing/ buying meat!?
The only answer I can think of is they need the money generated from this industry
THIS IS A STUPID WAY OF THINKING because the government spends more than 100 billion dollars on healthcare and receives only 15 billion dollars revenue in meat exportation. Like if the whole country went plant-based there would be way less need to fund healthcare (because less people would be getting sick) – so it’s not like the government would lose money if they cut the meat industry.
And they wouldn’t lose jobs either – the people in those industries would just shift what it is they were working with (plants instead of animals). Of course I haven’t covered all the issues associated with completely shifting the focus of an entire industry (the indirect problems that would arise from this shift) but don’t you think they’d be negligible in the face of the global crisis that is water scarcity!? And our health epidemic!? #priorities

THINKING ABOUT CANCER & YOU…
Observation 1 – cancer thrives in acidic environments

Observation 2 – lymph nodes are areas cancer thrives in
so lymph nodes must be more acidic in cancer patients than non-cancer patients
so lymph must be more acidic in cancer patients than non-cancer patients
Observation 3 – there is a direct correlation between meat consumption and cancer risk

Observation 4 – meat consumption decreases ph of blood (very slightly)
(a decrease in ph means it’s more acidic)

Specifically, persistent acidogenic diets have the potential to cause small decreases in blood pH and plasma bicarbonate, but not beyond the normal physiological range. Observation 5 – lymph mixes with blood
So lymph must be more acidic on a meat diet than non-meat diet
SO CAN WE…
ALKALISE THE CANCER CAUSING ENVIRONMENT AND REDUCE CANCER RISK !!!

I’ve found virtually nothing in the US National Library of Medicine on lymph ph and acidic/alkaline diet. This is an area we need to look into. When they do, they’ll find that eating an acidic diet (meat/dairy/cooked food) will lower lymph ph and thus increase cancer risk (this is reasoning based on logic). To reduce cancer risk we must therefore eat a non-acidic diet (an alkaline diet consisting of uncooked fruits mainly).
This thinking is based on logic. Of course it’s not something you’ll find in research atm – that’s the point. They need to research it!!! (lymph acidity, cancer and diet and how they are linked). In the meantime go make raw vegan friends online and see what they say about cancer.

For anyone who’s looking for proof into the alkaline diet ‘MYTH” here it is ^
“From the evidence outlined above, it would be prudent to consider an alkaline diet to reduce morbidity and mortality of chronic disease that are plaguing our aging population”
On another note if your bones are lacking in density then STOP EATING SALT. Salt is a major reason why things are going wrong in the human body. People are also lacking in potassium – if you up the potassium you can increase bone health.
People need to research the alkaline diet and how this affects physiology. People need to research PH levels of fluid in the body (especially lymph), cancer and how this relates to an acidic diet verses an alkaline diet.
Of course this is new info to a lot of people – lots of people with still think it’s a myth after reading this – but I invite you to go online and make friends with raw vegans. These won’t be the people with cancer, you’ll notice. Isn’t that enough for people to begin making a connection between diet and cancer???

WHY YOU MIGHT NOT BE RETAINING NUTRIENTS
– you are having iron-rich food with calcium
– you aren’t having enough vitamin c (get it in fruit)
– you aren’t eating an alkaline diet – your GI tract will be clogged. To clear it, up the fruit, herbs and berries. Juice fast until you stop defecating (once you unclog the GI tract you will absorb nutrients much better. Make sure you are getting nutrients though (add a green powder or something).
!!!!!!!! THE CURE FOR CANCER IS A CASE OF PHYSIOLOGICAL MECHANICS !!!!!!
– Lymph nodes and adjacent areas are where cancer usually occurs
– Lymph nodes are where cellular metabolic waste is filtered
Observation 1 – cancer is linked with metabolism/metabolic waste accumulation
Observation 2 – cancer is linked with lymphatic mechanics (pumping lymph through the body)
Observation 3 – failures in lymphatic transport can result in lymphedema marked by increased lipid accumulation in the body
Observation 4 – peristaltic motions of the gut increase lymph flow
So…
1. WE NEED TO INCREASE OUR METABOLIC RATE
2. WE NEED TO DECREASE WASTE LIPID ACCUMULATION
3. WE NEED TO INCREASE LYMPH FLOW
HOW???
1 – Exercise
1 and 2 – Eat a nutrient dense, low-cholesterol, plant-based diet
3 – Exercise and Increase gut motion (peristalsis) by eating HIGH FIBRE food (plant food) and intermittently fast (avoid grazing throughout the day)
