Tokyo has 14 million people who live there and yet walking through a shopping street in Ginza is safe and there is no crime, no people shooting up drugs, no looting, no homeless and no random migrants trying to eat pets. Public safety is a choice and the West has decided to completely give it up for the sake of β€œwokeness”. It’s not right, but it’s certainly a choice. It doesn’t have to be the way it is, America. It doesn’t have to be that way.

Busan, South Korea is so safe they have these 24/7/365 photobooth stores all around the city filled with props and toys where you can walk in and take fun photos. And it’s unmanned. People just don’t steal. In any urban area in America, everything would be stolen and there would be people shooting up drugs in the booth. Why can’t we get our public safety to this level in the richest country on earth?

Thanks for pointing out to everyone that Asia is nice, and the US is a shithole,

but Americans, you made your bed, now sleep in it and stay out of Asia.

It looks lovely, but I think it would take about ten years of very specific policies and hard rules to get our cities to look like that. Also, Japan has an average IQ of 106, America has an average IQ of 98. It takes a collective effort and similar thinking to clean up a city.

In JAPAN…. it’s their culture.

Even if Tokyo had fewer policemen, they would behave like they are because it’s ingrained in their culture. US culture for much of urban areas is based on rap music, politics, & victimization mentality and that will take future generations of change to fix

Why? Simple: The Japanese family is stable, loving, smart, productive, respectful, etc.

The positive traits we see in the Japanese family are mocked and ridiculed here in the US.  If we could cure the tens of millions of dysfunctional homes in the US would solve pretty much all of our problems. They have 912 murder cases in Japan per year compared to 21,156 murder cases US per year …. Japan doesn’t have a problem with dysfunction compared to the U.S.A.

Add … respect is taught in schools. They don’t teach entitlement.

The entitled folks are everyday Americans: Don’t bother to go to school.

Don’t bother to send their kids to school dressed appropriately.

Don’t bother to clean their own house.

Don’t bother to keep America clean

Woke Entitlement vs. the American Dream:

Why We Must Close the Border and Exercise Our Rights!!!

“Woke” is not about entitlement. It’s about treating people with respect and understanding. It’s about hiring the best person for the job and looking past things we may find disconcerting. Well, apparently we’re all “racist” if we don’t let the whole world in, give them everything they want (for basically free…although some I’m assuming want to work) and we’re just supposed to say F OFF and YOU’RE ON YOUR OWN to our own people, who’ve come legally, and even who’ve gave their sons to war for this country.

What entitles the U.S. oil and gas industries to have the taxpayer funded U.S. Military act as their own private security force?

Securing oil fields, escorting tankers in the mid-east, soldiers’ lives sacrificed,

with no breaks for the American consumer at the pumps!

How the Dems have the AUDACITY to think this flies w/the American People is beyond me – perhaps they “hide” those facts in Freebies for those here, so they don’t look so bad doing it?

America has always been a land of opportunity, drawing immigrants seeking a better life through hard work and determination. Historically, immigrants have come to the United States with dreams of freedom and prosperity, embracing the nation’s values and contributing to its growth.
However, today’s immigration landscape has shifted, with some newcomers adopting a mentality of entitlement influenced by woke ideologies. This shift has significant implications for American society. The sense of entitlement among some immigrants undermines the foundational principles of self-reliance and personal responsibility that have long defined the American Dream.
Instead of integrating and contributing positively to the nation, this mentality fosters division and places undue strain on public resources. America has the right and responsibility to control its borders and determine who enters the country. This is essential for maintaining national security, economic stability, and social cohesion.

Open borders and unchecked immigration threaten these core aspects of American society. The influx of individuals without proper vetting can lead to increased crime, job displacement for American workers, and a burden on social services. Closing the border and implementing strict immigration policies are necessary steps to preserve the nation’s integrity. This approach ensures that those who enter the country are committed to upholding American values and contributing positively to society.
By exercising our right to control immigration, we can protect the American Dream for future generations and maintain the nation’s security and prosperity. Moreover, it’s crucial to address the broader ideological issues at play. The rise of woke ideologies and their influence on immigration policy reflects a deeper cultural divide. These ideologies often promote victimhood and entitlement, undermining the principles of meritocracy and individual responsibility that are the bedrock of American society.

In conclusion, the need to close the border and exercise our rights is not just a matter of policy but a defense of the values that make America great. By taking a firm stand on immigration, we can ensure that the American Dream remains achievable for those who seek it and are willing to work hard for it.
This approach will help maintain the nation’s unity, security, and prosperity in the face of growing ideological and demographic challenges. How is it possible that an organization uses the word “Shabbat Nachamu” – Search (bing.com) while endorsing hate and xenophobia? Our Jewish people lost our first temple (according to Isaiah) because we treated orphans, widows & strangers terribly, refused to be compassionate to the poor & were unjust.

Please stop with this “woke” bullshit.

It’s been diluted to meaninglessness. People call anything they don’t like “woke”. When I see people using this terminology, I know that they are mindless sheep who have nothing but regurgitated sound bytes circling their smooth brains. I hope we’re prepared to hold these NGOs – Search (bing.com) that are carrying out the U.N.’s planned replacement migration and The Club of Rome’s “emerging New Civilizations scheme’s responsible, including the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society (HIAS), Catholic Charities, Red Cross, and much more.

β€œCreating stronger border enforcement does not relieve us as a country of also meeting our obligation as a humane nation of laws to ensure that migrants who arrive at the border and claim asylum are treated well and have their claims processed quickly and fairly.”

β€œU.S. leaders must become more strategic and more engaged in helping nations in our hemisphere fight cartel violence and the rise of autocracy. Our border is in crisis because Latin America is. Walls are no solution there.” Welcome to any immigrant who legally applies for entry within. Who is willing to work for a better future for their family.  Who remembers and honors their birth country but tries to integrate into American culture.

But don’t come and expect a lifetime of handouts.

Let’s hope the repubs finally begin to understand this and actually pass the laws that protect all people and bring the immigration policy up to accepted standards rather than trying to shut down the border and claim that throwing around the “woke” mentality is the way to go.

That’s all well & good, but we have to remember the kind of people who break laws to get things – total narcissists! That’s why we call them illegal aliens, the legal term. It takes time to be naturalized citizens; vetting/testing are a huge stress, but it’s what’s needed.  βœοΈ How long will Earth exist? (msn.com)

They’re NOT immigrants, they’re NOT newcomers, they’re illegal aliens that need to go back home and do it the legal way.

When I think of the word WOKE.

It is an indication of 1) lazy readers 2) the virile reactions of Americans to that one word. * woke = American contraction with β€¦some newcomers adopting a mentality of entitlement influenced by woke ideologies.” Do you think there weren’t β€œsome newcomers” entering the U.S. in the 1920s, with the same mentality? (Or at any other time in history?). 1/

What about the mobs from the last century? (And Italians weren’t the only ones).

The thing about the “American Dream”….You’ve got to be asleep to believe in it…..George Carlin Your American dream is the business strategy of a corporation, not a nation.

A corporation will force early retirement or cut benefits or fire you if you become ill.

The American dream has been stolen by the greedy corporations, politicians, and the super rich for a while now.  You are delusional if you think a grifting, greedy, lying, fascist, traitorous, raping, felon will improve things.

The so-called American dream belongs to Americans, not those who sneak across the border illegally. And these people are not working and many don’t know English.  They are staying in $600 dollar a night hotels, free food, free healthcare, monthly allowance. What the hell are you talking about?

The “American Dream” has died already, the brief “middle class” period after WW2 is over, and capitalism is dead and greedy corporatism – Search (bing.com) is the problem globally. The US empire is the cause of economic migration as well as poverty in the US were millions of people almost homeless right now, with many of them working.

I agree we should have the choice to monitor and look at the background of individuals coming into our country for our and our kids’ safety. But with both parties fighting for supremacy, good laws are being thrown out because the other party wants recognition when safety is key.

Trump won ! MAGA  I am Awake not woke…Faith  Family  and Freedom

Many Liberals will tell you most on welfare are whites isn Red States in the United States.

πŸ—£οΈ Don’t be afraid to take a stand and speak your truth.

FACT CHECK: MOST WELFARE RECIPIENTS ARE WHITE AND LIVE IN RED STATES!

States That Spend the Most and Least on Welfare (yahoo.com)

U.S. States Spending the Most on Welfare – Commodity.com

image.png

Are Welfare Recipients Mostly Republican?

Paul Krugman is in puzzlement, having observed that Red States get more welfare funding, while Republican voters oppose the welfare state. He portrays Republicans as β€œMoochers” who are either hypocritical or too stupid to know their own best interest.

But as we know, states do not vote, individuals do.

There is only a paradox if Republican voters receive welfare at above average rates while voting against it. From the Gellman-paradox we know that the low-income voters who drag down the Red States average tend to vote disproportionally for Democrats. Republican voters earn significantly more than Democrats, even though Red states earn less than Blue states.

Krugman reports no individual level data, so let me. The Maxwell Poll has detailed information about welfare use. The data is from 2004-2007. During this period in these polls a plurality of voters supported Democrats. I will graph the two-party vote, more data is at the end.

Hardly surprising, we see that in a two-party split, 60-80% of welfare recipients are Democrats, while full time Workers are evenly divided between parties. You have similar results in this recent NPR-Poll. Among the Long Term Unemployed, 72% of the two-party support goes to Democrats. It appears that once more common sense is right and the impression left by the New York Times wrong.

Indeed, people who live off the government disproportionally support Democrats. Given that Krugman is aware of the Gellman-Paradox, he should have reported the individual level data first instead of wasting everyone’s time with state-level aggregation that we already know is wrong.

Instead he acknowledges that state level data is probably wrong (to get cover), then goes ahead and relies on the wrong method anyway, since it produces the results he wants. The false impression that Republicans use more welfare is already spread around the internet by liberals who still trust Krugman.

Appendix:

Share of Recipients of each program that self-identified as supporters of Republican party in 2004-2007 Maxwell Poll:

Gov. Subsidized Housing 12%
Medicaid: 16%
Food Stamps: 20%
Unemployment Compensation: 21%
Welfare or public assistance: 22%
Disability benefits from government 25%

Everyone needs to put politics aside and do what is BEST for the country.

Actually solving problems requires Democrats and Republicans to work together, like they did on the recent border bill that Trump told y’all to throw in the trash. You create the problems, then refuse to solve them, then scream about the problems that you refuse to solve.

Vetted immigrants with degrees in critical fields like engineering, medicine, and dentistry bring valuable skills that directly enhance the economy. These individuals fill gaps in the workforce, contribute to innovation, and often create jobs through entrepreneurship. Immigrants with high net worths provide investment, boost economic activity, and help fund new businesses, further benefiting their new countries.

On the other hand, unskilled illegal immigrants who do not speak English often place strain on communities. While it’s true that their presence can create jobs in sectors like law enforcement, jail construction, and even funeral homes, this is not a sustainable or positive way to grow a society. Instead, it creates fear and increases crime rates, which leads to further division and instability.

You demonstrate you know nothing about immigrants.

You just believe the racist propaganda from hateful nasty people like Laura Loomer. The Haitians are valued workers who employers love. They come to work every day. They do their job and do it well. They don’t call in sick. They’re not addicted to drugs. They appreciate getting out of Haiti and away from violence. It is

Immigrants are the only people I see who are doing cleaning, landscaping, picking crops, babysitting, working in laundry facilities, painting buildings and homes, housekeeping in hotels and other jobs that citizens do not want to do. Who did you say was entitled? The key is striking a balanceβ€”welcoming immigrants who can enrich society with their skills, investments, and contributions while ensuring proper vetting to avoid negative impacts on communities.

Come into the USA legally. Problem solved.

I know about 80 illegals; & EVERYONE OF THEM sends most of their American dollars (illegally earned) back to their other country & plan to retire there with their families and American retirement. The dollar buys more than their currency. China owns us, but we KEEP PRINTING DOLLAR$.

‘True-blue’ California Democrat ditches party and backs Trump: This was the ‘final straw’.

Black Wall Street Found 1908 Destroyed in 1921 – Search (bing.com)

In total, an estimated 10.9 million undocumented immigrants in the United States paid $96.7 billion to federal, state, and local governments in 2022, according to the think tank’s investigation, which used data from the U.S. Census Bureau and the Internal Revenue Service.

1/2- “Close the border” is a meaningless talking point. The borders can’t be closed completely. The US has a trade agreement with Mexico & Canada. The borders have to be open for transportation of goods to & from the US, tourism, etc.

2/2-The borders can’t be closed to people seeking asylum. The right to seek asylum was incorporated into international law after World War II. Congress adopted key provisions of the Refugee Convention into US law when it passed the Refugee Act of 1980.
