I’ve been focusing a lot on health, vitality, and self-care. 💚🌱


I’ve been granting myself to flow and embrace my creative expression through sass,

feist, and cuteness, while also mediating and loving my body in the sun. 🥰


✨ It is necessary D E V O T I O N A L   E C S T A S Y. ✨


By being gentle on myself, and choosing myself, I am able to love and honor the people
in my life even more, as they deserve, encouraging them to embrace their freedom to

love their other connections outside of just me. 🗝️🌌✨

It’s been beautifully raw to continue to stay open with my heart, my body, my yoni,
and my core essence that wants to actively E X P A N D my comfort zone.


Continuous growth, self awareness, solutions-based-conversations, and loving so deeply that it naturally gifts us a form of non-attached and secure love. 🩷🌻

What would happen if you celebrated everyday ANY TIME that you picked yourself up, and counted moments of gratitude? And what else could you do to stack another positive? What would your life look like if you did that for 6 months?

We access the infinite by going within and reclaiming the landscape that’s already ours. Our body’s have wisdom encoded within them and it is our duty to turn on our awareness to all that we are fully capable of feeling. 💦

The more often we opt out of feeling things, the smaller and smaller the cage we put ourselves in gets. This cage is not something that anybody else created… it’s something we’ve chosen.

I’m not here to negate the very real social imbalances that are here in this world, and that are constructed to keep people enslaved, small, broke, poor, and unhealthy. That is very f#@king real on this relative level of existence. And on the relative level, we are all victims of power imbalances, however, on the absolute level I would argue that we can and get to crawl out of any cage that we’ve found ourselves in. It’s any place that feels stuck, icky, resistance, avoidance, numbness, grief, deep sadness, frustration, anger or whatever else has stayed trapped inside us that we haven’t let ourselves fully feel.

it’s material for you to use today.*

There’s a couple options: you can either go searching for and digging up your $#!t,
or you can opt in to feel the triggers as they arise.

I will say though that it is very easy to get addicted to digging your $@!+ up and then perpetuating the same loop of suffering, and of mental/ emotional enslavement that you claim to be freeing yourself from. 

Be careful and very self aware of that.

For feeling things as they arise, there are tools to help us stay in the body, and play full out. I’m looking at you if you’ve ever said you’d “deal with it later” but then never do.

Movement in your Body
• tapping your body / feeling your heart
• screaming into your hands or a pillow, with or without sound, both are very effective for feeling
• pressing into the surface beneath you or firmly against a wall that will fully support you.
• wiggly, shake, rock, move your body
• cry sacred salty tears

Do what you can in the moment and move through, but don’t just let the feeling get stuck.

Essentially, stop putting up with your own $#!+

“We hold onto material objects because we think they make us feel secure when in reality they are cluttering our lives. In life, we tend to have an easier time acquiring possessions than we do getting rid of them.
Just as we harbor emotional baggage that is difficult to let go of, our lives can tend to be filled with material objects that we may feel compelled to hold on to. Most people are not conscious of how much they own and how many of their possessions are no longer adding value to their life. They fiercely hold on to material objects because this makes them feel secure or comfortable.

While it’s true that the ownership of “stuff” can make you feel good for a while, it seldom satisfies the deep inner longings that nearly everyone has for fulfillment and satisfaction. It is only when we are ready to let go of our baggage and be vulnerable that it becomes possible to recognize the emotional hold that our possessions can have on us.
It’s not uncommon to hold on to material objects because we are attached to them or fear the empty spaces that will remain if we get rid of them. Giving away the souvenirs from a beloved voyage may feel like we are erasing the memory of that time in our life. We may also worry that our loved ones will feel hurt if we don’t keep the gifts they’ve given us. It’s easy to convince ourselves that unused possessions might come in handy someday or that parting with them will cause you emotional pain.

However, when your personal space is filled with objects, there is no room for anything new to enter and stay in your life. Your collection of belongings may “protect” you from the uncertainties of an unknown future while keeping you stuck in the past. Holding on to unnecessary possessions often goes hand in hand with holding on to pain, anger, and resentment, and letting go of your material possessions may help you release emotional baggage.
When you make a conscious decision to fill your personal space with only the objects that you need or that bring you joy, your energy level will soar. Clearing your personal space can lead to mental clarity and an improved memory. As you learn to have a more practical and temporary relationship with objects, positive changes will happen, and you’ll have space to create the life that you desire.” Daily Om 🕉

I have been moving, decluttering, purging, cleansing for months. 
As have you. It’s a process! I’ve been listening to audio book summaries (I think I listened to 6 book summaries yesterday on Headway about decluttering and minimizing), and it propelled me into more progress and compartmentalization. Its been easier to toss things that I don’t like, don’t use, and that are simply just there. Little spaces at a time, it’s getting more intentional each day. 😊🙌

What I learned from competing! infinitely.limitless

First of all, it was a great honor to be on stage in the @albertabodybuildingassoc @musclebeach 2016 Fall Classic!

Competing taught me so much about what the mind and body are truly capable of.

It taught me the science and discipline of understanding our bodies,
fueling ourselves with adequate nutrition and hydration, and the literal
definition of determination.

“Determination” is the firmness of purpose, and the process and resolution
of establishing something exactly by calculation or research.

That’s what this journey was for me, and so much more! It was an obsession
with hundreds of lessons along the way.

I failed in many ways, but I never gave up.
That DEVOTION, to whatever your personal goals are, that’s what I want for you. 🫵  

I would rather walk with a friend in the dark, than alone in the light. ✨

Thank you to all of the precious souls who have walked with me in the dark,

literally and metaphysically. 🌹🌌🙌

Anytime there is overwhelm in your body; press on the brakes, and slow down.

Focus on one thing at a time.

 Start with your breath 

Embodiment is a practice and a devotion to self, and you are deserving and worthy
of that devotion. We are all human and at times I notice so many people automatically
point fingers at everyone but themselves. 

I think what makes a person attractive is when we can admit to our own flaws and faults and make change within when required. We do need to continually improve ourselves daily , my internal happiness comes from being positive and interacting with strangers in a way that brings out their true self. 

We all have to make every moment count.
Laugh more than we complain, accept flaws in others and do things completely out of our comfort zone. Artists are all so unique and when embraced they give me a truly amazing experience and great satisfaction in just finding out how their life is CCB lived. We all can learn from each other easily if we meet as many people as we can and start off with a warm hug lol
