YES, Yes, Yes, Consistency is a byproduct of intentionally showing up daily.

 💪🏽🏋🏻‍♀️

Live your life by design rather than by default. It’s easy to live life on autopilot,
but then you’re not in the driver seat. This is when we lack vitality because we’re
not experiencing the fullness and richness life has to offer us.

Become intentional in all life areas [career, relationships, personal development,
health, wellbeing, spirituality, community, family, friendships]

So you can thrive and LIVE THE LIFE YOU DESIGN.

It’s in the present moment where we can access joy,
inner peace, clarity, gratitude, and feel connected.

Sending you all love today and always. 💗🙏🏽

Sometimes you need to slow down before you can speed up.
It’s when you connect with your inner stillness and wisdom that you are able to gain clarity and vision. Oftentimes we’re so busy and rushed that we don’t take the time to slow down and connect with ourselves. The ability to slow down and connect with yourself is truly an act of self love. You can’t pour from an empty cup.

You’re unstoppable when you accept that your purpose is bigger than you.

Get out of your head and into your purpose. 🔥🙌🏽

Your anxiety, fears, inner self criticism, doubts, excuses, imposter syndrome, unworthiness will try to get the best of you……..give yourself grace because you’re human.
Stay committed to YOU and your purpose because you’re meant to contribute and thrive.

🔥🙌🏽 Live Mindfully & with Intention in 2023

✔️Living life with intention takes you out of autopilot and
allows you to create richness and meaning through intentional action.

✔️Living mindfully and with intention establishes accountability to create,
design, and live the life you desire.

✔️ Living with Intention allows you to actively be aware and
pursue what matters to you; living life true to yourself and your values.

✔️Some examples of “Living with Intention” can be…..

👉Being intentional with how you allocate your time
👉Being intentional with your relationships
👉Being intentional with your health
👉Being intentional with your wellbeing (mind, body, soul)
👉Being intentional how you relate to your thoughts
👉Being intentional with how you “show up” daily
👉Being intentional connecting with the present moment
👉Being intentional with how you honor your needs
👉Being intentional when to take action vs stillness

✔️What does living life with intention mean to you?👇

It’s easy to blame being stagnant or stuck on your circumstances.

Or you can take full accountability and responsibility to show up for yourself and engage
in behaviors aligned with your values despite the hardships, challenges, obstacles, and burdens. You have the choice to decide to stay dreaming or start doing! It’s only when we get clear on our values (what truly matters to you) that we can begin to create a vision and goals aligned with our values to live a full and meaningful life. I love hosting these workshops to get people connected to follow their life’s purpose and

living a life that truly matters to them! 🙌🏽 #THRIVE

The path to inner peace and wholeness starts by loving yourself. If you love yourself,
you will do whatever it takes to restore and nourish your mind, body, and spirit.

SELF COMPASSION – We need both tender self-compassion and
fierce self compassion in order to optimize our wellbeing.

❤️TENDER SELF COMPASSION – when our hearts are open, we can warmly embrace whatever arises in our experience with gentleness and care. I also like to refer to this as a “Compassionate Willingness” to lean into your pain with compassion rather than struggle, resist, or avoid it.

🔥FIERCE SELF COMPASSION – Empowered action to speak your truth, take action, live in your purpose and authentic self. Knowing you are worthy to take purposeful action to protect yourself (boundaries) as well as live a meaningful life aligned with your values and thrive.

🌎COMMON HUMANITY – remembering that everyone experiences pain.
You are human. Nobody is perfect or leads a trouble-free life. You are not alone.

🧘🏻‍♀️COMPASSION MINDFULNESS – also allows us to be with “what is”
in the present moment (internal and external experiences) without judgment.

Are you goals driven or values driven?

Not that goals are bad, however, if your goals are not aligned with your values, it’s easy to get stuck in the “happiness hamster wheel of life” 👉 “I’ll be happy when …….”

Consider connecting to a VALUES-DRIVEN LIFE where your goals are aligned with your values. Living our values connects us to a sense of purpose, fullness, and richness to life that is not available to us when we are relentlessly chasing our goals in the pursuit of happiness.

As an expert in human behavior and maximizing human potential, it’s not only beneficial but necessary for us to understand ourselves before we can understand and help others. – Dr. Lori Ochoa

“You are the master of your destiny. You can influence, direct and control your
own environment. You can make your life what you want it to be.” -Napoleon Hill

CONNECT YOUR DOTS AND THRIVE!

⚫️————⚫

⚫️ Represents your core values, your uniqueness, your gifts
and also, your talents, what makes you shine, and your superpowers.

⚫️ Represents if you’re actually living this out in life and engaging in behavior consistent with the dot above which allows you to thrive and give contribution to others and the world.

Oftentimes there’s a disconnect and we don’t connect our dots which then keeps us stuck, disconnected, and not living a full, rich, and meaningful life.

Good news is that if you’re feeling stuck or unable to connect your dots, there are evidence-based psychological and behavioral tools and strategies [Acceptance and Commitment Coaching] that can help you connect your dots.

This is what I specialize in. 🙌🏽

Give yourself permission to evolve and grow at your own pace.

What will giving yourself “permission” allow and open up for you?👇🏽

Enjoy Life! Live your values. Follow your passion and purpose.

“It’s not about the destination, but learning to embrace and enjoy the journey.”
May you find peace and joy in life’s everyday simple moments. #embracethejourney
It may be uncomfortable at times, but you owe it to yourself to lean into the discomfort and still stay true to following your life’s purpose.  – Dr. Lori Ochoa

✔️Are you playing on the court of life or sitting in the stands?

✔️Do you have a clear destination or are you a passive passenger to life?

Follow your purpose and pursue your values even if it requires you to step outside of your comfort zone! It’s safe to sit in the stands, but imagine if you were to start playing on the court? What is it costing you by playing it safe? Don’t play small and go after your goals and dreams one step at a time. It’s not about the destination but learning to embrace and enjoy the journey.

The “Reality Gap” is the gap between what we want (i.e., expectations) and the reality
of “what is” (current reality). The bigger the gap tends to lead towards more suffering.
We can become mindful of our suffering with compassion and
ask ourselves the following questions.

✔️What am I not accepting?
✔️What am I holding onto that needs to be released?
✔️What can I accept which is also a form of ‘letting go’?
✔️What am I resisting?
✔️What am I unwilling to be with (e.g.,pain)?
✔️Can I lean into my discomfort with compassion as I gently release and accept?
✔️What’s on the other side of “letting go”?
✔️What’s it costing me to hold on so tightly by controlling or escaping?
✔️Is holding on and resisting moving me towards or away from my values?
✔️Is resisting preventing me from being open, present, and
meaningfully engaged with life.
