The acceptance and affection is really so valuable. My attention has been on some art projects I am currently creating. Gift giving is a way I enjoy showing love. Expressing emotions & celebration through the initiation. Exploring new mixed mediums & forms.
I have not experienced many of the things I am attempting to navigate & am restoring generously to my approval. As I am evolving through each discomfort I am expanding

Not just about yourself and how you are the best or that you are no good.
Thoughts & feelings about how things “should” be? Doubting & disbelief that life is great? Is bitterness at the root of your judgement? Is your heart hurting? Is it possible you are in ignorance of the deeper truth? Are you in an obsession? Sad? Extreme attachment that is causing you grief?
Are you in a world of deceit & deceiving others of your true self?
Are you in a stance of avoidance? Is your heart full of hate & calluses?
Do you have intrusive thoughts that make you miserable & you do not choose
to think or believe any more? If you are answering yes to any of these questions,

I am inviting you to practice meditation & mindfulness with me. In our program together we will begin to look deeply inward & take inventory.
Are you willing to empty yourself? Are you able to notice that you are storytelling
& in a world of make believe. Assuming the feelings & ideas of others that may not be true? Let me help you see you. I will help you love to you and see why God has brought you here now. I will encourage you to notice your purpose & greatest intentions to do with your life.
I will assist you to no longer forget your importance & to remind you that you do not have to be the one to measure your own heart or the meaning of others. Let us have an analysis of the self. I am here for those who are truly ready & I am excited to begin our work.
Look at yourself deeply & how you are treating yourself, others, & how your relationships are going? Do you choose for us to have unity? Are you in transactional relationships?

I will encourage you to lean in to not believing every thought & to attempt to watch the thoughts instead of wearing them, identifying with them & letting them express in tones
or lenses that you are not enjoying.
Sometimes we enjoy letting the talker in our head talk. Sometimes we enjoy being
sad or mad or agreeing with it. Sometimes it is automatic & we have no self-control.
Sometimes we dissociate & separate ourselves from our feelings. It helps to notice. Remember you can change your thinking, beliefs, conditions, your habits,
your behaviors, your internal landscaping & your environment.
If you are challenged by your emotions and thoughts & have internal conflict, this offering of mindfulness & meditation is for you. I will be so happy to help you practice & to be with you during your transition to positive thinking & positive emotions!
