Macrobiotic Diet for Cancer

This  blog post  is  my  own  personal view point  and  my  own opinion.     Which  I’m allowed to have…. I did the research  and  it is my personal blog. When you research nutrition  for prevention of  chronic disease it has many  redeeming qualities.  However,  when it comes  to treatment is macrobiotic diets…. are they really that effective.

When you look at chemotherapy and radiation being counter productive while  producing carcinogenic toxins  killing  good  and  bad cells.  That also causes secondary cancers,  therefore,  is chemotherapy and radiation really the way to go.  Some cancer patients question it’s ability to heal when while going through chemotherapy,  bacteria on  fruit consumed  can also lead to  a deadly bacterial infection.

When your dealing with chemotherapy  and  all the negative side effects that goes along  with it.  The cancer patient  is often caught  between a rock  and hard place. With lowering blood counts that often restored after chemo you still  have  your  setbacks  during  treatment.   Often  white  blood  cells drop,  neutropenia often causing  fever,  chills,  coughing,  oral thrush/sore throats,  using Colgate Total  and  it’s  anti  fungal  properties  for good oral  hygiene. With  burning during urinating and severe diarrhea/constipation  frequent (1000mg of  Milk Thistle can be used  for chemo liver damage.)

To compound the problem even  further red blood cells can lower to the point of  anemia causing increased tiredness,  fatigue,  shortness of  breath. and  chest pains which often  bee pollen can help.  With  diminished  platelet counts,  thrombocytopenia can occur with easy bruising, bleeding  from the skin,  urine  and  stool self  evident  with  severe  head  aches  being  normal. Therefore one should understand what to expect to alleviate some  or  most of  the side effects.

As  I  research  the Macrobiotic Diet  for a cancer cure,  listen  also read  the differing viewpoints.  The  cases  that  peeked  my  interest  the most are  X – Memphis BBQ King Chris Wark,  researching his own answer to cancer, Kris Carr whom became popular writing books, Suzanne Somers  with  her own blog debating the trials & tribulations and Cleveland’s own Janet Hick whom was mentor  by Macrobiotic Expert Francois Roland.

When I write macrobiotic diet  I’m not stating a carrot stick, celery stalk for dinner and supper. In Chris Wark’s case  it was a hardcore  fight  for his life  with eight 8 ounce  veggie  juices  daily.  Combined  with  a  giant  salad twice @ day (including broccoli, cauliflower, kale, spinach, onions, peppers and  mushrooms topped  with  an  olive  oil/apple  cider  vinegar  dressing.) With  garlic,  oregano,  cayenne pepper, turmeric  seasoning  with  a  blend  smoothie  for desert of  baby coconut,  banana,  with a mixture of  berries.

While Liana Werner – Gray  whom some consider an imposter growing up in  the  Outback of  Australia  (Alice Springs ~ Northern Territory.)  Amongst the  indigenous  aboriginal tribe  communities.  Living  off  the  land  without technology  and  instead  harvesting  what  earth  provides  naturally. While coming  down  with  a  precancerous tumour  in  her  lymphatic system  after moving to the city  and  becoming  a  junk  food addict of  refine sugar.

In  the  five  cases  above  we talk about  over dosing on  phytonutrients (raw food) known to kill cancer cells.  When you over dose in this  manner    it  performs  aggressive detoxification  throwing  your body  into a ketosis,  thereby, burning  fat cells  and the toxins stored in them  for energy. While producing a healing state  putting your body in a cleansing state.

So in a sense… what difference is it if you go through chemotherapy with it’s sometimes  harsh side effects  that can disseminate your immune system. Or decide  to go through  an aggressive detoxification  that heals the body by kicking toxins out thereby producing a healing pathway. However, it would be counter productive  and  you can’t decide both ways  it’s one  or the other. If  you would do both  with  the  macrobiotic diet  kicking out toxins it would also render the chemotherapy ineffective.
