With everything floating around in the precious air we breath and buried in the ground we walk today. It’s no wonder we have the massive epidemic of chronic disease we have in this country today. Also with this Obamacare scare being what it is and fear that premiums will double by the end of 2013. We should all be concerned with…. what is causing cancer and can do to prevent this dreadful disease from happening in the first place.
When one has cancer it’s always fruitful to know which doctor would be best qualified to handle the particular type of cancer you have. However, what would be more beneficial is to figure out ways of not getting cancer in the first place. Througout this project of searching for the cause and effect of cancer and what really happens inside of your body.
It always somehow shifts back to chronic inflammation and thats not the type that one gets from banging your finger with a hammer. Acute inflammation is the initial response of the body to harmful stimuli and achieved by the increased movement of plasma and the leukocytes (especially granulocytes) from the blood into the injured tissue.
A cascade of biochemical events that propagates the inflammatory response. The thyroid is a small gland in your neck just below the adams apple that is key to your good health and well being. It functions as the thermostat for your metabolism, determining the heat and speed which each cell burns calories.
The thyroid also has a huge impact on hunger hormones, belly fat hormones and fat burning hormones. Everytime you put an inch on to the waist line, it’s a sign your thyroid could use a boost. That’s because excess pounds trigger reactions keeping the thyroid from functioning at it’s most efficient. Which makes it increasingly easy to gain weight and difficult to lose those additional pounds.
The most important thing one could do is to detox from the worse thyroid blockers: processed junk food, sugary product, saturated fat and excess starch. These culprits which tend to be found in foods overloaded with calories – also irritate our insides, causing inflammation throughout our bodies that can significantly impact activity of the thyroid and other body systems.
So how do you reduce this chronic inflammation in your body? What you do is switch from processed foods and limit consumption of high sugar fruit and even healthy starches. Which can cause blood sugar surges that worsen inflammation. At the same time you flood your body with anti – inflammatory ingredients, such as omega 3’s from fish and nuts. Also including antioxidants from vegetables and low sugar fruits.
The more of these super nutrients that you get the more quickly inflammation subsides. Harvard research studies have found as few as three strawberries @ day makes us 14% less likely to show signs of chronic inflammation and being their is a connection between chronic disease, this theory just might be quite a health insurance policy.
